Every Élruzelle piece is made in small batches, with meticulous quality control at every stage

Made With Purpose & Care

Once your order has been confirmed, your piece will enter production with our atelier partners.

Production typically requires 20–30 days, allowing every piece to be meticulously crafted and prepared for final inspection.

Quality Assurance

Before leaving our atelier, every Élruzelle piece undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection. Each is carefully examined to ensure its craftsmanship, gemstone setting, finish, and presentation meet our standards before approval for dispatch.

Shipping

Once your piece has passed its final inspection, it will be carefully packaged and entrusted to one of our trusted international courier partners.

Estimated delivery is 10–12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your destination, customs processing, and local courier operations.

A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

We ship worldwide with free delivery on all orders. For international shipments, we cover all customs duties and import taxes, so you won’t pay any extra fees when your package arrives. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.

Delivery Timeframes

As every Élruzelle piece is made in small batches, production and delivery estimates may occasionally be extended during periods of exceptional demand, public holidays, or unforeseen manufacturing, courier, or customs delays.
